Desc – Garlic Granules Standard G1, G2, G3, G5 are dehydrated garlic in the form of granules. They are creamy white-light in colour with a pungent type taste. Their aroma is typical of fresh garlic.

They come in four sizes, 8-16, 16-26, 26-40 and 40-60 Mesh. They have a 6% maximum moisture level and have a 24 month shelf life when stored in a cool dry area.
